In average, every 10 runs you can get a Uber Unique item. Andariel and Duriel are the two pinnacle bosses of Diablo 4 Season 4. They have the same loot table. They have the chance to drop Uber unique items. In Season 4, we can also run for Tormented bosses (Lv 200), they require 3 times summon mats and their loot are 5 times more. The chance to get Uber uniques are also 5 times higher.
